Save time when minutes count
We know which emergency animal hospitals are open all night and which tend to fill up.
We also know which specialize in the kind of care your dog, cat, small mammal or pocket pet needs. You not only save research time, you also have peace of mind knowing that your pet is in loving, compassionate and capable hands.
How urgent transport works
From the second you contact us, we know that we are caring for your loved one.
When we arrive at your location, we greet you and your pet, and then make an assessment on pet patient stability – we look for breathing, any paleness, open wounds, and other vitals. We stay calm, so your pet can stay calm, as they’re carefully loaded into our secure, safety-rated crate via leash, carrying case, or stretcher.
If needed, oxygen delivery can be provided during transport. We’ll call ahead to the hospital, so the staff will be ready to assist and receive your pet as soon as we arrive. You’ll always know what’s happening, as you’re part of the team. We promise to maintain clear communication with you throughout the trip via phone and/or text message.
After your transport, we’ll be busy cleaning with medical grade disinfectants. This way, there is no risk of transmission of any infectious diseases from blood, stool, coughs, or sneezes.
